| We will design and create a web site* for you, working from the information that you provide |

Once created, all of the files for your site will be sent to you and it will be your responsiblity to locate the site on a web site host and to maintain the site. |

Your site will contain applicable graphics, links, etc. as required by you. |

Photographs can be scanned and added to your site at the rates shown below. |

A small banner indicating that the site was created by us will appear at the bottom of your home page. (See below) |

*Site will be a maximum of 3 pages with a maximum of 400 words per page. |
Site Design/Creation - Plus Package
| We will design and create a web site* for you, working from the information that you provide, locate it on a web site host (1) (2) and maintain your site for a period of one year. |

Updates to your site will be done on a monthly basis, or as required.(3) |

Photographs can be scanned and added to your site at the rates shown below. |

(1) This will be a free server such as 20m.com, XOOM, Tripod, Geocities, etc. |

(2) Should you desire a www.yourname.com site, the Domain registration and annual hosting costs will be in addition to the costs given. |

(3) Updates more frequent than one per month $25.00 each. |
|
Discounted rate of $600.00 for the first year if advance payment is made. |
Photographs
| Photographs, provided by you, will be scanned and added to your site at a rate of $1.50 for each photograph (minimum charge of $15.00 applies). |

All photographs will be returned to you. |
Backing Up Your Site
| All sites will be saved on a reqular basis. |
|
All information will be stored on a CD as well as with an online backup service. |
|
This will insure that your site information will always be available. |
